- Academic Tuition: One-to-one tutoring sessions focusing on academic writing skills, including essay structuring, critical analysis, and dissertation guidance.
3. Service Limitations
While I aim to offer high-quality academic support, the following limitations apply:
- No Guarantee of Grades: My services are designed to improve the quality of your academic writing; however, I do not guarantee specific grades or outcomes.
- Plagiarism: I do not rewrite or alter your content in a way that could be considered plagiarism. It is your responsibility to ensure the work submitted is your own.
4. Booking and Payment
- Proofreading Services: Payment is required within 24 hours of receiving your completed work, as stated on the Proofreading page.
- Academic Tuition: Payment must be made in full before the commencement of the service.
There is no refund policy.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and effective service, please:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your requirements.
- Submit your documents in a readable and editable format using Microsoft Word (PDFs are not accepted).
- Clearly indicate any specific areas of concern or focus for the proofreading service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by me, including written feedback, suggestions, and tutoring materials, remains my intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the feedback and materials for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Confidentiality
I understand the importance of confidentiality, especially in academic work. Your documents and personal information will be kept secure and confidential. I do not share your data with any third parties without your explicit consent.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
- Accuracy of Feedback: While I strive to provide accurate and helpful feedback, I cannot guarantee that all errors or issues in your document will be identified and corrected.
- Use of Services: I shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services, including any impact on your academic performance or grades.
- External Links: The website may contain links to third-party websites. I am not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external sites.
9. Changes to Services and Pricing
